This
work is done all year round, whether the house is occupied or not |

lawn - plants and shrubs will be well cared for. |

Your
pool -will be service weekly and its cleanliness and water
quality monitored and efficiently controlled. |

Maintenance
- carried out on your home promptly and discreetly. |

Cleaning
- Our specialty. We treat your home to a thorough clean at each guest changeover
and with great attention to detail. |

Administration
- Utility bills received for your home, as well as your taxes, are paid
promptly and invoiced to you on a monthly statement. These amounts are generally
offset against rental income received and the surplus funds are paid to
you as required. |

Rentals
- We have sufficient bookings to ensure your house is rented for most of
the year and can offer you a variety of rental arrangements to suit your
needs. If you obtain your own bookings we will be pleased to help fill any
gaps. |

do not charge for show-ins, bill payments, tax payments, guest visits,
replacement of AC filters, light-bulbs, keys, call-outs, or minor repairs

do not tie owners to any long-term contracts, it is after all your home,
and you may terminate our management at any time without penalty. We only ask for 30 days notice. |

We are available 24 hours a day/7 days per week |
